Purchase your home with an FHA loan

We are now at the halfway point of 2009 and time is running out to take advantage of the $8,000 first time homebuyer tax credit. 95% of the purchase loans that I am seeing are FHA. Having spent the past several years as an FHA specialist, there is no one that is more qualified to assist you with your first home purchase.

Why FHA?
  • only 3.5% down (i.e on a $250,000 purchase your down payment will be $8750

  • The seller can pay all of your closing cost up to 6% of the purchase price
