Happy September everyone! Sorry for the late post today. Rates have improved this afternoon and 5% with no points is available for the best borrowers. Today is the best day we have had to lock rates since late May. As I eluded to yesterday, I expected a good week for rates and we are getting it. I also mentioned that we are resting on a floor that we have not broken all summer of 4.875%. We still have not broken that figure, but are getting close. Still, I advise LOCKING!
