I wrote an article about this a few weeks ago, with today's drop in rates I feel inclined to bring this up again. Mortgage rates are volatile! Right now we are seeing the lowest rates we have seen since May. Take a look at what happened to rates on May 27th, today we are seeing the lowest mortgage rates since that day. Do not wait for a ship that may not come in, lock your interest rate as soon as it reaches a point that you will achieve the benefit needed!
