Mortgage Rates 10/19/2011

Sorry it has been so long since my last post, I have been in the process of transitioning my mortgage loan officer licenses over to Allied Home Mortgage. Since the process has been completed, I can begin to once again originate loans and serve you. Mortgage rates are still super low, we are seeing best execution pricing around the 4% mark for conforming and 3.75% for government mortgage loans.
